5.2.3 Users are responsible for the contents of their configs, whether distributed within or outside the reWASD Community, regardless of whether they are freely available or paid. By creating and utilizing configs, users are accountable for ensuring the appropriateness and adherence to game rules and principles of fair play.
6.1 reWASD subscriptions (or the legacy license) purchased directly from our Official Store are non-refundable once the subscription (or the legacy license) has been activated. When purchasing a subscription, you are acquiring the right to utilize reWASD for the duration of the subscription period, and you retain the right to use it or not during this time. We encourage all users to utilize the free trial period to fully evaluate the software before making a purchase.
6.2 Refund requests may be considered only if the subscription (or the legacy license) has not been activated and the request is made within 7 days of purchase. If these conditions are met, please contact our support team to initiate the refund process. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
6.3 DISC SOFT can only accept refund claims for subscriptions purchased directly through our online store. Software purchased from third-party vendors is subject to the respective reseller's refund policies.

6.5.2 Subscribing reWASD using a regional discount intended for another country is considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for orders made using such regional discounts.
6.5.3 Alterations in pricing, including temporary promotional offers, do not constitute valid grounds for refund requests.
6.5.4 Failure to utilize the trial period before subscribing reWASD does not constitute a reason for a refund.
6.5.5 A change of mind or dissatisfaction with reWASD after prolonged use does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
6.6 Refunds are only granted for reasons outlined in section 6.2. Requests falling outside of these reasons may be declined at our discretion.
7.1 Revocation is a process that allows users to free up a device slot within their reWASD subscription, making it available for use on another system.
7.2 Revocation is intended primarily for situations such as system reinstalls, hardware upgrades, or temporary changes in the devices used. It is not intended for frequent or permanent migrations between systems.
7.3 Each subscription plan limits the number of PCs that can simultaneously use reWASD. If you need to switch reWASD to a new device, you must log in to the reWASD software on the new system and either choose a free instance to activate on the current PC or free up one of the occupied slots.
7.4 Disc Soft reserves the right to suspend or block subscriptions at its discretion if there is suspicion of unfair, improper, or abusive use of revocation process.

8.3 The reWASD team reserves the right not to disclose the specific reason for the blocking.
9.1 These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Disc Soft regarding your use of the reWASD Software and associated services. By accessing or using the reWASD Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
